Enrichment Opportunites
At Highfields, our enrichment activities are an important way for our children to develop skills and strengths beyond their classroom. We believe that enrichment opportunities benefit our children mentally, socially and physically, and they have made Highfields a place where our children know there is room for work and play. For us, most importantly, enrichment opportunities help us to develop the whole child.
At Highfields, enrichment takes many forms. This could be taking part in sports or arts activities, learning sign language or representing us at Young Voices! Through our parent survey, we ask for parental contributions for enrichment ideas, so we can also build on their children’s existing interests and this year we are looking at enrichment opportunities that link to future career aspirations.
